Embedded Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, document and write embedded software for Finisar Wavelength Selective Switch devices / telecommunications optical products
• Provide day-to-day support for software issues arising in manufacturing related to telecommunications optical product design
• Lead and participate in design review and testing
• Troubleshoot and analyses RMA units if faults caused by software
• Work with customers to define customers’ needs and respond to customer concerns

Requirement:

• BS/MS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• 2~3 years of experience in developing C software for embedded system, fresh graduate with excellent C programming experience are welcome to apply
• Ability to code in, at least one scripting language
• Knowledge of optical telecommunication is preferred
